About Ontario's consumer's rights
The goal at the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Services is to promote a fair, safe and informed marketplace .The consumer
rights are set out by the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (CPA) and other consumer protection legislation that cover the most common consumer transactions. But it means that consumers should understand and protect their rights under the CPA.
I think
the consumer rights are very interesting and useful to all of us and e should know about it, for example some
consumer's rights are as follows:

1.Remedies must be timely. It means that when consumers take advantage of their 10-day cooling off period and notify the business (preferably in writing) that they have changed their mind, the company has 15 days to return their money. The business has the right to take back the goods provided under the agreement by either picking them up or paying for the cost of sending them back.
2.Sales incentives may not be false, misleading or deceptive. It means that a salesperson can offer to consumers an incentive to help find other buyers, but the description of the incentive cannot be false, misleading or deceptive.
3.Agreements must be clear and understandable. It means that vague language is discouraged in agreements. All required information must be clear, prominent and easy to understand. If there is a dispute over unclear language, the law requires that it be interpreted in favour of the consumer.
